COMING DECEMBER 6th, 2023

Ballet Concerto, under the artistic direction of Margo Dean and Webster Dean, will be presenting the 2023 annual A Holiday Special on Wednesday December 6th at Will Rogers Auditorium with a public performance at 7:00 p.m. and a morning performance at 10:30 am created especially for students in the Fort Worth Independent School District. It will also be open to private schools and schools in the surrounding areas, hosting over 2,000 students to experience these magical ballet performances.

The performance will begin with a seasonal ballet called Winter Wonderland with choreography by Margo Dean set to familiar seasonal tunes. Also included will be A Flamenco Hannukah, a spirited Flamenco piece celebrating the Jewish holiday tradition with choreography by Elise Lavallee. Memories of Frosty, a ballet based on the story of Frosty the Snowman, will also be featured. The performance closes with O Holy Night a re-enactment of the Nativity, featuring Mary and Joseph, the Angel Gabrielle, and shepherds as the story is told through song and dance.
